Here are a few questions that may help you before you call/contact Plan It With Love:

Q:        Do you offer “Day Of” services or do you only offer “Full Service” wedding coordinating?

A:         Plan It With Love can provide whatever you need – if you want/need full-service coordinating and planning we can do that or if you want to handle all the preliminary planning but want to hand over the “day of” duties we can handle those.  We will even help with partial planning in addition to “Day Of”.  We are here to take the stress away!

Q:        If I only want “Day Of” services/assistance should I wait until a month or so before my wedding to contract your services?

A:         No, please don’t wait – the sooner you contact us and sign a contract your date is reserved and the “worry” can disappear.

Q:        Is there a charge for an initial consultation to see if I want to use your services and if we “fit”?

A:         No!  The initial consultation is FREE.

Q:        Is there a limit to the number of phone calls you will accept, email correspondence, or in-person meetings?

A:         None at all!  You will have unlimited access to our services to help plan your wedding.

Q:        What questions will you (the wedding planner) ask potential clients (brides and grooms) in order to understand their needs?

A:         What is your overall budget?  How many guests are you inviting/expecting?  Will alcohol be served?  Have you chosen your venue?  Have you chosen any other vendors – if so, who for what services?

Q:        How long have you been in business?  Do you have a business license?  Do you have insurance?

A:         We are currently working our 11th wedding season.  Yes, I have had a business license since “Day One” and yes, I do carry insurance.

Q:        Are we required to contract only with vendors you recommend or do we have the freedom to hire someone even if you haven’t worked with them before?

A:         No, you are the “boss”.  You hire who you want to work with.  If you ask, we will recommend vendors we have had experience working with who have the same vision in mind for your wedding – and that vision is to create the wedding day that YOU WANT – your wedding day is all about you – not your caterer, not your photographer, and certainly not your wedding coordinator/planner – it is all about you!

Q:        Will you provide a timeline of the wedding ceremony and reception?

A:         You bet!  That’s what we work on together – so that we know what you want and you know that we will carry out your wishes.

Q:        How many meetings and phone calls are included in your price?

A:         UNLIMITED!  You can email an unlimited number of times, meet in person an unlimited number of times, text messages are unlimited, and phone calls are unlimited.

Q:        Is the wedding rehearsal included in your price?

A:         Yes.

Q:        Do you help with honeymoon plans?

A:         Oh yes!  I am a Certified Sandals Specialist who believes in the product and has been fortunate enough to ‘sample’ many of the Sandals locations and can therefore “speak from experience”.

I wanted to share some information that I have recently learned about posting your engagement and wedding announcements in the Knoxville News Sentinel…  they are charging a minimum of $50 to post your engagement announcement and $75 for your wedding announcement.  So, there goes the “free ride”!  So sorry!  We’ll have to add that expense in your wedding budget if you want the world to know!
